Room with private bath in 4 Br 3 bath home

I am renting one of 4 beadrooms with a private bath and one car garage space. I live in a gated community. I am fairly quiet and do not party often. Occassional partying and short term sleepovers acceptable. I have all hard floors and am considered to be clean. You will have free roam of home with exception of the other 3 bedrooms. A community pool and fitness center is available. Bedroom can be furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers and nightstand or it may be unfurnished.
